No, registration can be done without an identity card number.

Identity card might be required if:
– You updating certain personal information on your Citinow account;
– Discrepancies or inconsistencies of information relating to you, your Citinow account or your transaction(s) with Citinow;
– Abnormal behavior of the account.

Notwithstanding the above, Citinow reserves the right to perform verifications on any of our members when we deem it necessary or appropriate.
