You are required to verify your personal info such as Identity card, picture of your identify card (Front).

Step 1: Log in to your Citinow account. Select “Profile” > “Documents”.

Step 2: Choose “Your Document Type”, and select “ID Card”.

Step 3: Enter Your “ID Number”.

Step 4: Select Your “ID Card”, Expiry Date.

Step 5: Upload Your “ID Card” (Front Side)

(Make Sure Your Picture Is Handheld) Refer Picture Below.

Tips:

1. Upload JPG, JPEG Or PNG File Only.

2. Not Over 5MB.
